MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IN THIS COURSE/COOKING.

 What I can say about this our laboratory for me, I'm mainly nervous because I'm just a beginner but I have experiences, not the expert who is actually experienced in assessment.  because the pandemic has reached so I can't continue to assess so when I entered the laboratory I actually changed and was amazed at the beauty of our laboratory and mixed with nervousness and I enjoyed while also performing there was stress because I was still a beginner but while it lasts we enjoy and are no longer nervous every time we enter the laboratory and I can say that I am happy that I became part of this course because I will not only get many opportunities I still have a scholarship. so I am very grateful to  Our teacher then, ma'am Cindy Alloso Gonzales, I don't think it's because of her that we can't come or enter this school. So I grab this opportunity for myself and for my family and then you have a job so I can finish in this course and of course teamwo...

CARE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY

" TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY SO YOU HAVE SPACE TO CARE FOR OTHERS". It is important that we take care of ourselves.  because nowadays we are dealing with covid-19 and it is even worse because there is another and they call it "DELTA VARIANT" and that's where we were worried so, all we did was eat right, eat healthy foods,  exercise daily to avoid stress and anxiety, sleep at the right time, and avoid drugs and alcohol, and practice good hygiene.  So, when I received my vaccinated card I'm so very happy and blessed because nothing happened to me and the vaccine had no effect so even if we are vaccinated we can still get covid-19 but not the chronic disease or mild symptoms  which will lead to our death but you will only get low illnesses such as fever, sore throat, and difficulty breathing and no sense of smell.  so let's still make it a habit to wash our hands and wear a face shield, wear a mask, and even in houses only it is bette...

SINGING IS ONE OF MY PASSION:

CAN ANYONE LEARN TO SING? And I still remember when I was a little kid I had a passion for singing but I just dreamed that I could also sing and it came true I discovered my talent when I was five years old and it's amazing apart from being so young that I discovered it right away  I have such a talent and thank god because he fulfilled my request to know how to sing so I have also become a rock star of our school and I also participate in singing contests won once and also lost.  And someone discovered a director of mine and that turned out to be a director of GOIN 'BULILIT, he said can you audition with us because your voice is good and you will still be an actor but mama and papa didn't agree so they said no  I just insisted and the director also left. WHY DO YOU NEED TO WARM UP YOUR VOICE? We warm up our voices so we can keep them healthy, sound our best and protect against damage. This is my life when I am at Manila

Also known as Luneta Park,  Manila’s iconic park is considered as one of the most historical places in Manila because this is where Jose Rizal was executed on December 30, 2896—the day that led to a revolution.
